Antonio:Paquita. [pause] Paquita?

Antonio · George:Three nights ago... a gas main beneath the restaurant exploded, killing five people in my section, including the busboy who replaced me. If I'm not fired that night because of you and your thoughtless, stupid, insensitive remarks, it would have been me. You saved my life!

Jerry · Antonio:It's Eddie. He's coming up. / And the very same night of the accident, while looking for Paquita, I find a job in a restaurant where they pay me almost twice what I was making before.

Antonio:...when I returned to the apartment, Paquita, perhaps frightened from the explosion, had miraculously returned.

Antonio · Ed:Hey, watch where you're going. You almost knocked my head off. / Hey, why don't you watch where you're going, okay? / Because you bumped into me. / Who do you think you're talking to, pal? / Hey, get your hands off me! / You go to hell!

George · Antonio:And I always take care of my paisanos, so here's a little something... [tip given, then rejected as stealing] Antonio! Hey, hey, you steal my money?

Kramer · Antonio:It's really wet out there, huh? — What can I get you? — I hear you make a mean 'calazon.' — Calzone. — Yeah, calzone, yeah. The best.

Antonio:Your order is ready. Three calzones...and one hot shirt and jacket.

Kramer · Antonio:What the hell is this? Pennies? — Yeah. — You're paying in change? — That's all I got. — No, you've got to have bills, paper money. You can't pay with this. — That's all I got. — Then you got no calzones.
