Chang:You want to know about my success? I only deal in contracts now. Everything is binding, legally ironclad. You want to shake my hand? That's a contract. You want to make eye contact? Contract. Someone breathes near me? Automatically binding agreement.

Chang:My time at Greendale was transformative. I came here with a vision, a purpose, a clear direction for my life.

Chang:I was a beacon of stability in a chaotic institution. The adults finally had someone who understood structure, discipline, and order.

Chang:Sure, some people might say I had a few... episodes. That I dress in strange costumes, that I sang inappropriately, that I attempted a coup and created a fascist regime in the study room.

Dean Pelton:When he returns, it will be as if he's a ghost. A ghost with no parking privileges.

Jeff:To Chang. May you find happiness wherever you are. May your enemies' enemies become your friends. May you discover that the person you love most has been secretly working against you the whole time. May your car break down in the worst possible neighborhood. May you finally achieve your dreams only to realize they were never worth having.

Abed:I called it. Chang would become famous for cannibalism.

Pierce:Well, of course Spielberg's interested in Chang. The man's a visionary. He probably sees what we all see - a guy who's completely unhinged and might kill us all in our sleep.

Dean Pelton:Well, look on the bright side. With Chang gone, we'll save a fortune on workplace injury settlements.

Annie:I can't believe we invested in Chang. I feel like we've been completely...

Annie:...Chang'd.

Jeff:We invested in Chang because we couldn't bear the thought of him dying from abandonment.

Jeff:You know what? Maybe we've had it all wrong. Maybe Chang isn't the problem. Maybe we're the problem. We've been treating him like he's beneath us, but what if it's the other way around? Pierce:(does increasingly absurd dance moves while making nonsense sounds)

Dean:Wait, what advice did I give you about quitting?

Abed:You said if I ever felt like giving up, I should find a high place and jump.

Dean:I would never say that! That's insane!

Abed:That's the most poorly written dialogue I've ever heard, and I've watched a lot of bad TV.

Abed:We had to stop filming because Chang's obsession with McDonald's sandwich derailed production.

Abed:So you're a real Hollywood producer?

Maury:That's right, kid. I've made some of the biggest pictures in the industry.

Abed:What brings you to Greendale?

Maury:Well, I wanted to talk to you about a business opportunity, but first I need to tell you about my condition. It's called restless leg syndrome, and let me tell you, it's been affecting my life in ways I never expected.

Maury:Even the star hasn't seen it but money was made

Abed:My artistic inspirations include Godard, Truffaut, Spielberg, Kurosawa, the Coen Brothers, Tarantino, P.T. Anderson, David Fincher, and my roommate Troy's decision to wear a green shirt on a Tuesday.

Abed:We need a movie that's intellectually stimulating but also has broad commercial appeal.

Annie:And it has to be avant-garde yet completely accessible to mainstream audiences.

Abed:With a multi-million dollar budget but made on a shoestring by guerrilla filmmakers.

Annie:Exactly. Something that's both a complete departure from cinema and a loving homage to it.
